Campaigns Redesigned Summer 2020

In this video, Stephen Rhyne, walk you through the brand new ConveYour Campaigns. This redesign comes packed with new features, plus major improvements to how campaigns are organized and managed. As customers see more success with their campaigns (aka courses), they start to build out more and more courses! Imagine that! So, the team has made it much easier to find courses. You can now filter campaigns by release schedule and owner or instantly search across all campaigns here. You can now view all your campaigns in a list format as well for a more condensed view. Now, everything about this one campaign is _organized neatly in a single left hand side menu.

The **biggest improvement** to the new Campaigns system is the content section. We believe that training teams need to be more agile with their training. We want to help training teams build, deploy, and measure quickly and effectively. Then rinse and repeat. So we invested a crazy amount of time into improving the way you build and schedule your campaign's content. You can now create lessons, schedule text messages, and setup automations, **simply by dragging and dropping the desired format from the content menu onto your schedule here on the right**. You can also use drag-and-drop to update your desired order of lessons. The contacts section also received some major improvements to how you add, reset, and remove contacts from your campaign.

You can now add many people to a campaign super quickly using the "add contacts manually". We've also given you the ability to launch an automation to schedule the adding of learners to your campaign en masse. Resetting learner progress or removing a learner from a campaign is also incredibly easy now.

Lastly, new stats section. We moved the Engagement Funnel into the stats section here so that you can quickly see steps in your campaign that may need improvement to increase engagement.  Clicking on a lesson engagement takes you directly to that lessons performance report where you can measure learner performance.
