Changing Your Password, (or updating it if you forgot it!)
If you forgot your password, you can simply visit your ConveYour domain login page, and reset it from there. If you are not already at your domain login page, navigate to that page: yourdomain.conveyour.com
When presented with the login screen click on "Forget Password".
The next screen prompts you to enter your email, and be sure it's the one associated with your ConveYour account. Then click Reset my Password
You will be sent an email to invite you to reset it. Be sure to check your SPAM folder, (or PROMOTIONS in some email software) if you can't find it. Your email provider may not yet recognize ConveYour as a "whitelisted" or "approved" contact.
From email, you can click on the link to reset your password. Provide your domain, email and new desired password when prompted.
click "please visit this link to update your password".
Then you are prompted to enter a new password:
You will be returned to the login screen to enter your new password and Login. The red text assures you that You successfully reset your password. ENTER YOUR NEW PASSWORD and LOGIN
But, what if you are logged in, and decide to update your password and profile?
From Settings > Users
Changing Email or Password
You can change your own preferred email and your password. Click on the context menu for your user profile card.
Selecting "Change Password" calls up the dialogue box for you to reset your password here. Enter the password update, and Submit.
